Domain Name Registration Policy
When registering domain names on behalf of a client it is our policy to always specify the client as the registrant of the domain name. We specify ourselves as the administrative, billing and technical contact so that we can handle renewal and technical matters on the client's behalf.
We use Nominet accredited registrars in the case of .uk domain names, and ICANN accredited registrars in the case of international domain names. We at all times act in accordance with industry standard best practice guidelines and respect the rights of the registrant.
You have the right to request the transfer of your domain name to another provider at any time, but we reserve the right to decline to renew your domain name should your account be in arrears at the time renewal is due. We will make every effort to contact you to resolve any such issue.
Our domain name registration service is offered subject to our general terms and conditions of trading and our Acceptable Use Policy. Registration of .uk domain names is subject to Nominet UK's terms and conditions, a copy of which can be found on their website.

We are able to offer registration of many foreign country code domains, however eligibility varies from country to country and charges can be significantly higher when registering from abroad.
Domain Name Transfers
To transfer a domain name to Trade Web Solutions Ltd please contact us and we will be pleased to handle all technical aspects of the transfer on your behalf. We make a charge of £49.50+VAT.
To request the transfer of a domain name from Trade Web Solutions Ltd to another supplier please contact us and we will then provide a form which the registrant can use to formally request the transfer. We currently make no charge relating to the transfer out of domain names.
On receipt of the completed transfer form we will then process an IPS TAG transfer in the case of .uk domain names, or in the case of most other types we will unlock the domain and provide it's AUTH-CODE which the new provider can then use to initiate the transfer from their side.
We will be pleased to maintain hosting whilst the domain names is transferred in order to allow the transfer process to complete without any downtime on your email or website.
