Essential Settings Summary
A simple summary of our essential email settings. Replace example.com with your domain name:
Incoming mail server: mail.example.com
Outgoing mail server: smtp.example.com
Username: user@example.com
Password: [contact support for reset]
Web mail address: http://webmail.example.com
In order to send mail out through our SMTP server you must enable SMTP authentication. Set the client to use the same username and password as for incoming mail.
In the event your internet service provider blocks outgoing connections to port 25 (Orange and AOL Broadband, for example) then we also support the alternate SMTP port 587.
